About Us
Hello and welcome to our web site. We have put this together to make the buying and selling process as stress free as possible for you. We have been selling real estate in and around the Ottawa area for over 12 years. Our client list extends from Orleans to Manotick and south of Ottawa all the way to Kanata in the west, with an emphasis in our own backyard of Kemptville, North Gower, and North Grenville township.
We bring a thorough knowledge of the neighbourhood’s special attractions, as well as some of its necessary disclosures. We address all of these items individually with you.
We know first hand about life in Kemptville. Elaine was raised here and worked as the Office Administrator at the local high school where she received the Education Award for her work on the school’s reunion committee. Sue, along with her military spouse, after many moves around the world, chose to make this area their home. Sue volunteers her time with the local food bank and is an active supporter of Women's Breast Cancer Campaign.
